Dude - are you 15 years old? - No one in the professional world should be using a Free Email Account, Gmail, Yahoo, AOL etc.
In this Industry we handle personal, financial information for business owners that should NEVER be sent thru free email accounts.
Just for security & privacy issues - a business should never use Gmail
Outlook is a Email Client that in the opinion of many Business Users still is #1.

Dave, who said they're using a free account? Most people I know who are using Google are using PAID accounts.
And besides - that image just describes what they know about you, but doesn't inherently tell me that they're evil.
I'm not so paranoid. Google provides a good service, quite cheap and secure, and they make money by tracking me to direct ads at me. Not so bad.
Something quite funny about that site you sent is that it has a big ad at the BEGINNING of the article about Google Workspace!
Yep, this is Dave being Dave.......

You totally can have your paid corporate email services hosted by Google and access your email through a web app or mobile app that has the same functionality as a gmail.com account.
Futher more, you can also configure a free gmail email address to work with outlook 2019. You would use the imap or pop functionality.
I have implemented this for several businesses. Let me know if you have any questions.Last edited by Winning; 01-31-2022 at 05:59 PM.
