I work for a direct lender. We are the fastest growing national, non-bank lender is the US. We specialize in SBA lending and was the 8th largest SBA lender in the US last year funding over $380MM in 7a loans alone. Previously we were the 4th largest SBA 504 lender in the country and expect to get to those levels again very soon.

Minimum loan amount $250K to $15MM+/-. We only lend on CRE secured deals but have referral partners that will consider non-CRE secured deals.
