    most dialers have the ability to do both, predictive works better if you have a lot of agents...power if you have a smaller team

    I tried a bunch and found Chase Data to be the best for me...did VM drop while dialing the next number. They did both too I believe.

    Here at Centrex Software we have tons of clients on Blue Rock or YTel. The cool part about both companies is that they are a phone system with a dialer built in so you don't have two tech companies for your phones.

    The dialer pulls data from Centrex and runs rule actions. For example, call twice a day for 5 days and after each call send a text. If the merchant doesn't pick up after 5 days, the dialer will automatically change the status in Centrex to a different status and the next rule action will be executed, and the next and the next etc etc. This really automates your dialing from one status to the next and the next etc.

    Trey, how about integrating https://www.openphone.co/ for the smaller enterprises? I'm looking into them now, Nextiva has been great for me, but they're not quite dynamic enough.

    Ty for feedback guys. Question, I'm hearing there's some stir up over TCPA laws and such-which is forcing dialer companies to raise pricing... has anyone heard the same?

    abfunders, so new phone system integrations are tough because of how dynamic they are. It's not like pulling credit or pulling DL with an integration where its simply just a PDF and some data points. Phone systems require lots of maintenance post integration and we already have a few and they are already a ton of work. I wish our President would be open to new ones but at the moment we aren't entertaining any new phone system integrations.

    The clients we do have on YTel and BlueRock are very happy with them. Might be worth giving them a look.

    Trey, what about integrated Plaid? Decision Logic is really bad, you can start asking funders on the forum if you'd like, but it's just horrible.
