I was not personally involved with it, but a funder I work with told me that the largest that I know about directly was $7.2mm with a very heavily discounted early prepay discount. That one paid 3 points among the brokers, but it could have paid 6 points if all of the pieces of the puzzle make sense. Please reach out to me, I'd be happy to work on it with you. Nobody I can think of that will do 2mm for 12 months let alone 5mm.
That kind of term will probably cap out at 700K or even 500K after sending financials and whatever else the merchant can scrap together for 2 weeks.
For that kind of money you need funders that don't have websites and that have deep pockets, but don't bet on anything more than 100 payments.

ya im sure i'll get all the shady companies willing to do something in the 100 day term. Not what im looking for here. Im saying is there anyone in the A funder space (the ondecks, IOUs, rapids etc etc) thats willing to do a real deal like this. Financials wont be a problem.

i have only funded an 11 month with them , but they claim they go out 24 months and do 5 mil .The deal i saw was funded 1.7 mil and is the largest i ever saw funded from one source.
I am not vouching for them and dont do much business with them but just letting you know what i have seen in a bank statement

With a need that large and a good business, you may want to consider larger, more cost effective, and revolving alternatives.

Even if you obtained a $5Mil MCA, it would not be as cost effective as some alternatives and not a long term solution that helps with day today needs and helping the company scale.

truth is you can have funders that will fund side by side at the same time with each other knowledge ,a little harder to set up but can be done

I recently gave one of my ISO's an approval for 5mm, 1.25 buyrate, 9 month term (weekly payments), 5% early pay discount if paid in full in 6 months

The underwriters didn't feel comfortable going out 12 months on a sell rate so low (1.27) on a 1st position deal, and that was a dealbreaker for the merchant.

I was also told by underwriting they would do the 12 month term at a lower dollar amount ($1.5mm) but the merchant was super firm on dollar and term so unfortunately I wasn't able to get the deal done.

That said, Fox can and will fund those high dollar amount if and when it makes sense.

The largest deal I've ever successfully funded was $3.5m/12mo in house. I did have a $5m/12mo approval one time which we had to rescind in March 2020 due to the initial pandemic shutdown, horrible timing and i honestly think it would have funded if we were able to see it thru. That being said, we can get there if the deal makes sense for it, please feel free to reach out if I can be of any help.
