This is ****ing complete BULL****. The guy is asking for a reverse, these ****ing guys are debt consolidation guys that have merchant default then contact you to lower the ****ing payment.

I had the opportunity to be contacted by them pretty recently about 2 days ago.....on a Stop Payment/R08 Merchant.

*** Edit. I just looked back to see if I dealt with them on another file..... I have. They were paid almost $60,000 by one of my merchants ($18,000 a Month for past 3 months) - The Merchant discontinued and cut ties with them after the 3 Months, because they did nothing (other than collect $18,000 a month) and send letters out to Funders COMPLETELY LYING. These ****ing guys tell the Merchant "We will get your balance owed cut in half". Then the letter they send Funders says they don't settle for less, they will pay us or get us paid IN FULL 100%. The Merchant had 6 Different positions, NOT ONE FUNDER got anything over the past 3 Months. About 1MM Is owed.

Their Letter:
This letter is to inform you that National Credit Partners has been retained by REDACTED as its agent and Power of Attorney with respect to its agreement stated above with REDACTED.
We are not a debt consolidation company as we do not assist the merchant in taking out one loan to pay off others. We do not seek to get the past due account settled for pennies on the dollar. It is our goal to pay back 100% of the debt owed to REDACTED. We are primarily focused on restructuring and/or modifying payment terms that would allow REDACTED to keep its business operational while at the same time pay back 100% of its business debt owed to REDACTED.

Attached herein is a copy of an executed Power of Attorney authorizing National Credit Partners to act as attorney-in-fact on behalf of REDACTED.
