Even if there were a lender out there willing to buy out 3 advances, which there isn't, if the merchant is only generating 30-40k in gross I HIGHLY doubt that all 3 balances combined would be small enough to net 50% after the refi. I wouldn't waste your time with this merchant. The best you could get him would be a 4th, which would hurt them more them help them and you would make next to nothing on commission. The guy cant have much gross left to eat into thus resulting in a baby approval.

Look for the bigger first time fish elsewhere, that UCC list you are working off of has been played out

What's the combined, outstanding balance on the ACH deals?

PLENTY of lenders (including "A" Paper lenders) will buy out 3 advances and a handful do not require the merchant to net 50% or more on the deal.

In addition to the outstanding balances, what does their credit look like... average daily ledger... ending balances... any trends in revenue...?

That should be a lay-up. Not on a holdback deal though, going to need to continue ACHing the bank account.

As long as the Merchant will net 50%(sounds like they can) I can get this done easily. I am an ISO, but I'm sure we can work something out. I do lots of consolidation type deals so I know where to send it and we have strong relationships with the banks that are willing to do it. Send a message to my inbox if you're interested

WBL will always consolidate multiple advances and give you length on the deal if the client is willing to pledge collateral e.g. Free & clear vehicles/equipment or Real Estate. You can make up to 12 points. Mstucchio@wbl.com. App, 6 months banks, schedule of assets owned. We also do not care if the client nets 50% because some of time even though they will not net 50% it is beneficial for them if we can lower the daily enough to off set the interest expense. Of course ability to pay is always most important.
