110 Funding
We are funding again after covid
Due to large losses on big fundings (and still trying to collect through slow NY court process), we are no longer funding up to $150k
Now capped at $30,000 per deal
Doing 5 - 14 month deals, very low buy rates on good files
700+ FICO, 1st - 3rd position, buy rates as low as 1.11 over 12 months for deals that happen to have 800+ FICO
