I have attended/exhibited/sponsored several industry focused trade shows since late August. Those that had strict COVID policies had far better attendance, exhibitors, and sponsors. Those that had loose policies were poorly attended, sponsorship was OK, and some exhibitors no-showed the event. It did not matter where in the Country the trade shows were located. The policies drove attendance, sponsorship, and exhibitors.

The longer the pandemic lasts, the longer it takes to get back to some form of normal. Two large events I am scheduled to attend have been disrupted. One has been pushed out 6 months and the other is cancelled until 2023. Many of these events are highly reliant on sponsors and exhibitors that keep the costs down for attendees.

For Broker Fair on Monday, which is vaxx mandatory, we've actually sold more tickets to it than any previous event we've ever had before. It's wild.

It's possible some people will no-show but I'm going off of registrations.

Great to hear. It's likely sold out as people are more comfortable going to a COVID policy event than one that is not. I know some very large company that are asking for COVID policies before booking events.

Yeah we were interested in the broker fair but passing since the New York tyrants and their s$$cience based covid requirements and their con vaccines.. Maybe Sean can promote it in a free state.
