    Depends on the CRM you are using and if you want that phone system integrated into your CRM. Here at Centrex Software we have integrations with Blue Rock and YTel and YTel has awesome mobile feature for texting etc. Give them a look.

    Our CRM system and phone are not interrelated. We use MCA Track to track funded deals and pull achs

    that makes more sense, i like the system but hard to trust them since they are owned by a funder. Does mca track help you with your iso list?

    Not enough info to recommend anything.
    Where are the 2-6 lines needed?
    Do you already have a PBX?
    You plan on running desk phones or a software sip client?
    Do you need MMS Texting or just SMS texting?
    When You say mobile friendly, what do you mean? You would like to run an app on your phone that ties into the phone system? Or are you saying you want to be able to have a home office with a deskphone that is connected to your phone system?

    And many more questions need to be answered...

    I have implemented various voip systems for businesses... Let me know if you have any questions...

    Dialpad is not good for texting at all, they will shut your account down if you try to do mass texting. Our intern Richard set the record in the www.dumbleads.com office for being blacklisted the fastest for running a text campaign.

    From the time he paid until after 20 texts in a row were sent, 15 minutes elapsed, before his account, his IP, his card, his billing address, were all blocked (they wouldn’t let him change cards either).

    That will make him think a little before running out and opening his own lead stand.

    Centrex Software has a complete SMS tool built directly into it. SMS blasting without fear of getting shut done, SMS auto responders for web form fills, SMS triggers and notifications, and one-off two way SMS communication with clients where the entire conversation is tracked within the CRM. Clients love it.

    Ring Central works well. Maybe 2-3 times per month you have a bad quality call. Texting is always reliable
