Morpheus speaks wisdom.....was just talking to someone this morning about ACH deals. Was promoting them to him 2 years ago. His funding ciompany will remain nameless, but they poo-poo'ed on the idea. Now they are promoting them and have seen submissions triple.

I remember when MCC started offering ACH deals on a very very limited basis in 2008. I was an underwriter and for the next 4 weeks the reps claimed that every deal HAD to be on ACH. I was like "woa, why is this so popular?"
