    Thryve Capital

Our office placed a small deal with this firm- and when our Admin requested payment they alerted her that they needed further proof of an EIN- more official than a Corporate Tax return!!!! So my EIN is acceptable to the IRS and not Thryve Capital!!!

Wow- DEFINITELY SOUNDS LIKE A WAY TO NOT PAY WHAT'S OWED- or delay it. Unbelievable

Thryve is a Fundry brand. They always require proof of EIN to send commissions, either tax return or the EIN letter. Whoever it was at Thryve who told you that a tax return wasn't enough was completely inexperienced and probably didn't know the protocol.

Call 1-800-829-4933 and ask for a Form 147C to be issued, also known as an EIN Verification letter. This number reaches the IRS Business and Specialty Tax department, which is open between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. local time

Sounds about right. We are no longer signed up with any of the yellowstone brands due to how difficult their process has become. Working with them to fund the most high risk deals in the industry is more difficult than working with some of our FDIC insured bank partners. PASS

Thankfully it was a small deal- lesson learned- NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE

i came across the same issue, but as soon as I called and got the letter a week or so later, they released the commission so I wouldn't lose sleep over this if you call and get it

Our rep over there switched to a different name under the fundry brand (which has more entity names than any sane person can keep track of). Now they wont pay renewal commissions unless we let them rerun our owners credit as a new iso. This company over the last few years has just figure out ways to withold iso commissions. With that on top of their SEC settlement in my humble opionion the juice is not worth the squeeze. There are too many "high risk" funding companies out there for it to be worth dealing with their antics.

Where is paul boxer? Maybe go to an event and look for the man in the money suit giving out condoms
The other fundry brands would not have taken a submission if you were not set up to be paid, they really cleaned up their act. Shame on Thryve
