Alternate Customer Financing
I don't see how 15-20 year terms are profitable... Unless it is a consumer financing program that the customer will be paying interest on for the term (obvious). But credit has to be a factor in this... What's the score min? The term is super risky... But I'm sure others wouldn't mind learning the details to provide as an add on to help their merchant be more profitable.

Our current consortium of lenders provide 5-7 year terms up to $100,000 to qualified customers with rates that vary according to credit and income to debt ratios. We also offer FHA loans up to 25K (Secured) AND $7,500 (Unsecured). I am looking for lenders that would provide funding for up to 50K (Unsecured) with terms up to 15 or preferrably 20 year terms. I am not sure that this is even available...I also have customers that are seeking 12 month deferred payments. I have noticed that many furniture stores and auto dealerships offer loans where the customers don't have to make payments until 2016. I appreciate your help and assistance as we expand this part of our business.
