We all feel exactly as you do in the practice of doing business. Thank you for stating it so well. We were discussing just how important it is for funders to be sure that their merchants' checking accounts are Commercial accounts or Business Checking. The NACHA regulations change dramatically when a personal checking account is used, even if it has a business name on the account.
