Any reviews on livetransfer.com for Press 1 campaign..or their email campaign?
Do any of my honorable colleagues on this forum have any feedback on using livetransfers.com or similar company for the voice broadcast press 1 campaigns? Does it convert? out of 250 calls, how many sales?
the same for the email leads..out of 50 leads whats the conversion rate?

There are a lot of different variables for press 1 campaigns or any type of dialer campaign. Do you want quality transfers or quantity? How quickly is the message played when the business owner picks up? Does it sound like a live person? Who are you calling, how qualified/targeted/fresh/accurate are the phone numbers? What is the message, does it create urgency or just blend in with the 12 others they received that day? I always tell my clients to pencil a 1% response rate in the beginning and if you get anything higher be thankful.
For email campaigns there are even more variables at play. First and foremost you need to have a 'verified' email list of business owners at the very least. Then work with a company or have a marketing department that knows how to get emails delivered. Then comes the creative and subject line. Again I suggest a 1% response rate on emailing, you gotta crawl before you walk.
If you make 10,000 dials or deliver 10,000 emails you should pencil in 100 business owners to respond at 1%. Out of those 100 responding business owners it depends on how well, quickly and often your sales staff follows up and nurtures them into a completed application.
Just like any marketing effort you get better with experience and the best way to speed up the learning curve is by working with people that know what they're doing so you can at least be on par with the veterans.Last edited by Lenders.Marketing; 11-24-2014 at 02:39 PM.
