9/10 clients that owe 1M+ in advances are most likely not profitable.

I don't get on here often, so here is my reply two years later Typically 10/10 are not if you look at the net profit. I add back MCA interest and other line items that may have been due to a one time supply chain/covid related issue to see if the underlying business is profitable on an EBITDA or EBITA basis. Many still are not, but many just have choked cash flow due to the MCA interest. Our payments typically save them 60/70% in monthly debt service. Also note that a combo of working capital and debt needs to equate to our minimum of 1mm, they don't have to have 1mm in MCA debt.
