2nd pos buyout
Hey guys,
Who can buy out a 27K balance to come in as a 2nd position behind ebf (ebf balance is 70K)?
Merchant is a restaurant in Nevada with two locations grossing about 120K a month
8 months in business not interested in a 3rd position and looking to net about 25K

Nevada sucks because the UCC's are done by snail mail.
