Hey guys,

I'm sitting on a deal where the client is looking for 150K but the deal is hairy

Avg Monthly deposits 270K
CS: Close to 800
Avg. Daily Balance: 60-80K

We've got two offers 1 at 90K over 12 months and 1 at 130K but only over 10 months.

Looking for a lender that can give me 150K over 12.
