is it new or used car?
do they have a floor plan?
do they have a service center?
how many units a month do they move and what is average revenue after the floor plan is accounted for if they have one?

Not frowned upon, but the revenue requirements for car dealerships are much higher then other industries. For example at Mr.Advance a car dealership should have at least 250k/month revenue VS 75k/m for construction and VS 25k/m all others.
