    Hey Jared,

    Yes there is a difference! While Rapid is our parent company, we operate wholly separate when it comes to deals in the healthcare space, which is our main focus. If you have a deal in the healthcare sector you would like to see done, you would send those directly to us for one of our HCA and/or Loan products. Hope this helps clarify!
