We have a stable of lenders that'll lend in Puerto Rico. Most seek acquisition, refi and or bridge loans but there are those that'll do construction loans. Rates are not "cheap", rather from 10% to 14% I/O w balloon and only for a max of 24 months

As a matter of fact a few have contacted me about lending to hotels and other businesses there for construction rehab loans like El Conquistador, hotel Alma and others.
