You will be getting replies from both real funders and brokers. Look at the bank statements to find the legitimate funders and test them out to find which fits best with your deal flow. One broker on this very thread used to submit to my company and they are claiming to be a funder, so don't use DailyFunder as your main resource.

I know what you mean.. If they're white-labeling heavy, but have the funds to back up their claims, it's not that big a deal. I've worked w/ a few who claimed to be funders, paid 10 pts on every deal, but NEVER sent their own contracts until maybe 2 yrs doing business w/ them. I don't mind that, but what I'm looking for a this point, are the real funders who are still around, or the new ones who are reputable.
