Kevin - Yes, we all know you work for Sterling Bank, which is the Lender, not you. You are an employee, I'm a broker for a SBA Bank
    and other Private Lenders.

    Dave,

You constantly post about people posting in the wrong sections, not identifying themselves, and using personal email addresses and then misrepresent YOURSELF answering posts on the forum. YOU are NOT a lender and YOU do not WORK for a lender. Perhaps YOU should have explain that when responding to the person's post when they asked for LENDERS. Yes-I WORK for a LENDER. Do I need to disclose that I WORK for a LENDER and am NOT the LENDER????

It is early in the morning - so I will be polite - F*** OFF -

Who do you think you are telling me to "Stay In My Lane"

I am a Independent Broker - (1099) just the same as many of the people that post on the Daily Funder.
    Never claimed to a Lender/Funder -

Is that plain enough for you?

    Dave,

Again....the poster asked for LENDERS and you replied and did NOT represent yourself as a broker. That being said.....I CAN tell you to stay in our lane.

As for your "politeness" ....it you being you as usual.

Yep the poster is looking for a "lender" in a Merchant Cash Advance Forum" which would be a hint
that the merchant does not qualify or does not want to wait for a bank type loan.

That leaves you the "Banker" out of the loop.

Actually DAVE- The poster posted in the "All Other LENDING section of the Forum seeking a LENDER. What part of this do you NOT understand?
There are a LOT of banks in the US that offer non-tradition lending and factoring products. Hell, there has to be at least 15 of them in Florida now..... Just because a company does not qualify for a traditional loan from a bank does not mean banks today DO NOT have other loan or factoring products to help clients.

Again....I did NOT misrepresent myself.....you did.

Very true - I also have access to Non-Traditional Loans - just depends on the financials and type of business.

BTW Show me the post where I indicated I was direct lender. IF you take time to read my post, I directed them to the SBA Web Site,
they mentioned they were exporters. SBA has specific programs along with many States. Just a referral - Not my area of expertise.

According to you I cannot make a referral? Ye sir Master Kevin - I will obey and stay in my lane . NOT !
