I can't say that every single lender backdoors but let's just say for a while I was custom labeling bank statements before submitting and asking one of the big funders who I have a great relationship with to tell me every time he got a sub with that label on the bank statement and over 12 companies were backdooring my deals ( did this for 8 months). And those are only the ones that I caught! They were also companies whom I thought would "never" backdoor. I then realized most likely every company does it and I no longer waste time finding out whos doing what and instead focus on funding .

I just want to add that having an internal sales tema does not mean they backdoor. I have been working with rapid and national for over 10 years and never even had a slight suspicion on them . Real honest funders regardless that they have one of the largest internal sales team.
Plus half these john braun companies do not have an internal sales team and we all know how they are
