UCC's are excellent leads, you just have to take extra time to work through secretary's and no-answers; many are generally utilize dialers to assist. It takes someone skilled to get it done, and callling them excellent training, is like a great bootcamp. If you can get deals done with UCC's you will succeed in the industry

How can you say this??? When the majority of UCC's are only filed at Default/Missed Payments.....
