I am pretty new to the industry, But I have years of sales experience and have a strong team that is willing to put the work in. I have made a few mistakes, I went on a ISO spree. I signed up with anyone who would take me, BIG MISTAKE 1. I have lost to date over 600k in deals because I would shop it out to everyone that I thought was a real lender and instead they are just brokers like me.They would have slow responses,change terms at closing,promise one thing deliver something totally different, selling my lead out to anyone who will buy etc, nonetheless I am looking for SIX lenders to send my files to. I would love to hear your advice, and if you are going to pitch me on why I should send my files to you ....MAKE IT GOOD!

that is a pretty solid list, I would switch out yellowstone for pearl and add GRP but all good shops on that list.. MCC and Ondeck for sure

Snap-very diverse for your 6 month and up paper, they fund in Canada and PR
Retail Capital-outside of the box
Yellowstone-they will fund almost all of my highrisk and decline paper, lower commission but very important to get these type of deals funded
