Fraud alert in History but not on current statements

Hey all I have a merchant who makes over 250k/month has fraud on history but not on statements who can fund?

We may entertain such a deal, however it must be looked at with more scrutiny on what exactly the fraud was for etc.

I would take a look depending on what/ when the fraud was.
And only if it is not a 1st pos deal

Fraud is a very broad statements, ClearFund and most funders would consider funding a file like this depending on what the fraud was.
