Funding longer terms with slightly higher factor
Over the past year or so I've been funding deals that normally get 60-80 day terms for 100-120 day terms by increasing the factor to 1.6 to make up for the increassed risk.
Take a 10K deal at a 1.499 for 80 payments with a daily payment of 187
I would fund that deal at a 1.60 for 120 payments making the daily a 133 which would be much more manageable.
My deal range is 5K-20K with a focus on borrowers that have a history of not bouncing payments.
Feel free to reach out for more details.
