Summary of Position:
• Responsible for managing the inside sales / telesales team
• Report directly to Sales Director
• Coordinate the sales team and execute strategies that increase quarterly sales numbers
• Provide training and support to new and current members of your team

Desired Qualifications:
• Proven closing ability
• Significant Inside Sales experience. Outside Sales experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of alternative financing products (merchant cash advances and non-traditional business loans)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task on a fast-paced sales floor
• Proven track record obtaining monthly/quarterly goals
• Ability to use analytical skills
• Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness to improve sales figures

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the alternative business funding industry (eg. MCAs, daily debit ACH repayment programs, etc.)
• Experience running an inside sales team
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Languages: English (Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply)
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel)
• CRM experience (Salesforce)
