Why no brokers?

I have a contact that I take my low deposit construction industry clients to and we get a good percentage of them funded. Sometimes I have to kick in some cash to get to the numbers they want.. but I don't mind doing that if the business is legit.

If I can pull 12% off a deal like this and would be willing to give you 8% then why not let me take a look at it.. especially since your other contacts have obviously told you no already.. otherwise you wouldn't be posting it here.
