get your deals done and be grateful for the 10-12 thats my opnion , anyone paying out too much is backdooring thats how they make their extra money. when a funders says 10 on a 1.499 its usually a good thing

The going rate in the highrisk paper is 12 on a 1.499.
To say that if a funder pays more than 10 is only doing so just because they are backdooring to make up for the money is just false.
