What is the businesses:

- 2013 Gross Revenue
- Average Monthly Deposits over the Past 3 Months
- Average Daily Ledger Balance over the Past 3 Months
- What kind of trucking company? Do they own their own trucks?
- Estimated FICO (good is a relative term)
- Any NSFs or negative balances? If so, how many of each?
- How long have they been in business under current ownership?

No one could possibly tell you whether or not they can get the deal done with the limited amount of information provided.

I can point you in the right direction if they would be happy netting $10-15K. $40K is going to be difficult w/o collateral though (unless their revenue has significantly increased this year).
