I have a file: commercial space on Miami Beach, appraisal that came back first week of December at 3.7M, needs 60% LTV to refi and cover tax lien. Credit over 700, revenue producing. Commercial 60% LTV possible?

Hi Steven. From what you've stated so far yes 60% would be easily obtained if the client can service the debt.
