I thought the sba requires collateral for that amount? Do you have someone that will do it without ?

You are correct - SBA 7(a) requires when collateral is available -
BUT - when financials are adequate they will approve loans without collateral.

have a convo with higher ups if they will co fund with someone or be ok with you stacking it. You will be surprised how willing some funders are if its a real good deal .
