GENERAL DESCRIPTION-

We are looking for a results driven telemarketing sales professional who can build, nurture and grow an in-house call center from scratch for an established B2B financial products company in New York City. If you have been the driving force behind the success of an inbound/outbound telemarketing sales group in any industry and can teach those sales skills to your team, we would like to speak with you.

We are seeking someone who is expert in the latest in call center technologies and sales lead/tracking software. The ideal candidate must be able to persuasively and effectively communicate the integrity and reputation of our company and present the benefits of our financial products to business customers nationwide. The position requires negotiating lending contracts, overcome objections and ultimately closing sales with professionalism and superior customer service.

  • Excellent telesales skills with the ability to make and manage hundreds of calls per day to business owners coast to coast.
  • A fast learner who can acquire the level of knowledge and professionalism that has allowed you to negotiate and close sales in a business to business setting.
  • Your ability to be a mentor / coach and team mate to others and the professionalism that will allow you to advance in our international organization.
  • Responsibility for management of a budget and P&L.
  • A results oriented, no excuse professional who finds answers and solutions.



Candidate Requirements
  • 3 - 5 years B2B telemarketing sales experience. Sales of financial products preferred.
  • A history of management leadership of high volume telesales preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Superior verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills to effectively manage results
  • Ability to perform at a high level in a team setting
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Intermediate level computer skills, including CRM software such as Salesforce.
