It all depends on what sort of functionality you need in your CRM.
There are a number of small ISOs that use Hubspot and it seems to work well for them. It's easy to use but lacks more advanced functionality so you may grow out of it pretty quickly.
I've used Salesforce for a number of years and it's by far my favorite. The reporting/analytics is great and the system as a whole is very customizable to your needs. With the customization may come headaches though, if you aren't familiar with Salesforce you may need help dialing it in.
I have some experience with Microsoft Dynamics as well. I do not recommend. It's very clunky, felt like it took 3-4x as long to do anything. Ended up switching to Salesforce.

I am one of the Senior Software Specialists at Centrex Software. Give us a look. We have dedicated MCA CRM tech for brokers, funders and syndicates. Unlimited esign, email marketing, client portals, lenders, submissions, docs, web form integrations and more. The second link below is our one hour demo. Let me know if you would like to have a conversation and I will make myself available.

Salesforce, Velocity, Centrex, MCA Suite, Zoho... the list goes on. It depends primarily how in depth you want the functionality to go, how many users you will have on, cost etc.

I second google sheets, along with scott and angel soft. All of them provide a pretty low scratch experience, especially if you're sensitive skinned, leaving you secure and fresh, with multi directional options with either hand, while you're on the phone sparring with those difficult merchants at the end of the month.
We keep our pantry at www.dumbleads.com stocked with all three.Last edited by DonMcGrath; 12-29-2020 at 10:26 PM.

Salesforce is the gold standard, but (very) expensive. Centrex is very good and much lower cost, and Trey is a good guy. I've heard good things about Pipedrive and MCA Suite. Stay away from MCATrack.

Unless you’re doing some heavy customization or require unique reporting, or you have a very large team with millions of dollars flowing through each week, Salesforce is usually overkill, and not worth the heavy price tag, not to mention you’re LOCKED into a yearly contract, for the “discount”, which is still very expensive.
When we got to month 5 and realized what it cost every time we wanted to customize something, and for each seat in the www.dumbleads.com office, we had the interns play russian roulette with the double pump action sawed off BB gun, just to calm down the accounting department with fresh meat.
Stick to Pipedrive, until you grow to a size that justifies the expense.Last edited by DonMcGrath; 01-13-2021 at 02:05 PM.

My suggestion would be Centrex. I have used Zoho, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Pipedrive, & Vanilla Soft as well. The best fit for you & your company will depend on how you require your CRM to function with your Dialer/Phone System. Do you want an integrated system, or is your phone/dialer completely independent from your CRM?

Thanks all of you for awesome comments on Centrex Software.
@moneygreen Consulting packages are totally optional and we marked them down 50% during 2020 for COVID for our clients. Several clients took advantage and now have and awesome built out CRM. The packages went back to full retail price Jan 1st of this year but we just launched financing options for the packages. 2 - 4 month terms with a small portion due at signing with almost no underwriting.
Any and all questions about Centrex are welcome.
Cheers,

Do you have a little more flexibility on your rates on the 2-4 month financing terms and can you extend them to 6 months...my guy had a dip 3 months back but his credit is usually 750+, self reported, honest. If you can get me a little bit more, like 10k on top, I can get a signature today, literally. He promised to show me bank statements as soon as we wire, and I can throw you some extra verified data.
But I need it by tonight or he’s gonna walk. Asking for a warm friend I met at broker fair.
