Can you help? Merchant wants 150k and using land as collateral.
Merchant does low revenue, about 10 k, but wants to build a building on land he owns...will use the land as collateral...can you help?

SBA 504 for construction project like this, if they qualify credit-wise.
If they're trying to leverage the land, they are going to be capped around 35-50%, most likely the former.
