I will contact you soon to talk about this. Please let everyone know the qualifications you have for your consolidations that you will accept. Do you accept any industry? Is there a certain amount of "stacks" you will look at? What is the time frame of the last advance that you accept (example- merchant took out an advance 2 weeks ago and now wants to consolidate? - Big Red Flag). You are going to receive an overwhelming response and a lot of files will waste your time.

Here are the baseline requirements:

400k + in annual rev
1+ year in business
Showing a profit on tax return or interim financials
Owner credit is 600 or better
No existing liens that cannot be paid off with the new financing
No restricted industries

I can chase the docs and do all the packaging. There is not a certain number of "stacks", but their debt service coverage ratio has to be enough to cover the amount of their existing debt.
