    Question Become.co?

Came across this platform, what say you forum of the MCA industry?

I think nice shiny tech, BS rev share and questionable transparency on rates.

Looks to be just another marketplace with no real differentiation. Half of their "lender" list appears to be ISOs.
Lendio and Fundera are the leaders as fintech marketplaces; both have much more significant venture-backing and have been around for several years longer.

Edit: Become.co has $15MM in funding. $10MM of it as a series A from a year ago, so obviously some people see value and a moat in what they offer.

does anyone know what nerdwallet paid to acquire fundera, now a subsidiary of nerdwallet? we are seeing alot of mergers/acquisitions this year. on deck now part of enova, kabbage now part of amex, fundera now part of nerd wallet. a pattern is emerging here as big box companies swoop in to purchase these companies to enhance their current services.
