Everyone says this like its a bad thing. It's not. Plenty of white labels syndicate. Someone is still underwriting/approving the file. If your deal gets funded and you get paid, why do people complain about that?

Not at all. It's a great thing. Just don't market yourself as a funder if your not. Tell iso's straight up that we are a huge broker/syndicator, we'll get your files done but its thorough our network of funders. Smart brokers will understand and want to work with them anyway.

Westwood funding does not White Label. Their RTR says completely different. They are very hands on with all their merchants and are growing at the speed of light. Please don't be a hater. Wish them good luck. They all put in long hours to make it happen VERY LONG HOURS

Westwood is a great shop. Started out as a super broker that we white labeled for a few years ago - but have grown tremendously since then. I know for a fact they were able to raise their own money and have been funding direct for some time now.

I encourage both brokers and funders to reach out to them, because they get some crazy deals done. Last week we did a 300k side by side (150k each) construction deal - as well as a $925k deal that we split.

Supposedly they received a line after being a broker and is funding in house and limiting deal that they broker out to other funding sources

Were definitely Funding inhouse. If you're an ISO and you send us deals. they're kept inhouse unless you want us to shop it. We're funding 1-5th Position 9 Month Cap unless we love it. Expect terms of 80-150 days for the most part, Weekly if the balances support it. If we like the deal its Funded in a couple of hours. We buy out positions if it makes sense.
