Secondly, if you don't want them to underwrite then what is it you want them to do?

I don't think he is trying to hire an Underwriter. From the message he is trying to get an underwriter to provide him applications that cant get funded through their company. Which is BACKDOORING.

Unless told otherwise, why is the response "not looking for them to underwrite. Do not want to talk on a public forum"
