Hey all i figure i ask the great folks of DF for some assistance on a deal I am working on.

merchant has 4 restaurants, good business credit, personal credit is alright 650ish.

restaurant #1 does 55+k in cc, & 90-100k in deposits( currently has 1 mca with 120k balance, merchant borrowed 280k)

restaurant #2 does 7+k in cc, & 30k in depoists( has no mca )

restaurant #3 does 45+k in cc, 80k+ in deposits ( currently has 1 mca with 150k balance, merchant borrowed 350k)

restaurant #4 does 75+k in cc, 125k+ in deposits( no mca)

the issue with this merchant is they have alot of NSF, way more then 7 a month. each business has been operating for 4-8 years but the mis management is crazy.

Are there any lenders that can do package deals?
same owner, different EIN for each biz sep bank and cc.

any assistance on this would be appreciated.
