It is 3% but now residual for 3 years. There are certain scenarios where an ARF loan can make more sense than a MCA - those are the ones that brokers send over to me.
Restaurants are our specialty - usually highest loan amounts compared to other lenders for restaurants/very flexible options for restaurants
If you have a pretty bankable client that just needs a very short-term bridge before SBA
If your client needs a line of credit
If client bawks at the payments - we have a flex pay plan where we can defer up to 50% of the principal - saves a lot of cash flow for your clients
If you have a client that already has an MCA and wants to get out of it and lower their overall payments
We also have different promotions, offers and bonus's for our referral partners where you can make more money. That is why I recommend brokers to get registered and then we keep you posted on what our latest offerings are.
We are a weekly payment not daily
Plus the big benefit we get to work together - I am all about networking.
I also have a very high sense of urgency to help you get a loan closed. If you call me with a referral I can get you a very quick response if it is something that makes sense.
If you want to talk more I would love to discuss.
You can attract more business by giving your clients access to a longer-term bank loan without the typical bank requirements. Your merchants will benefit from larger loan amounts, fixed payments, and longer terms without the need for collateral and with only limited paperwork. You can help them improve their cash flow and take advantage of high ROI opportunities while earning attractive commissions on each loan we fund.Last edited by Laurielender; 08-25-2020 at 12:18 PM.
