Gabe theres big difference between "Shorter Terms" and what you guys do. Knock it off I been in the game way to long so don't peddle me bull****. I sent 3 files your way that were all given 15 day offers and closed elsewhere with much better offers. I even sent your rep a contract of one I did to show him.
