So have a merchant in the construction industry averaging around 275k a month with 100k plus in his bank accounts at most times.. he has settlements with two companies that he has pay off letters with from the past and he finished paying. He has an A/R report stating a roughly a million coming in over the next 6 months. yellowstone has given me 40k for 4 months but merchant will only take 80k or more and will only take for 7 month term or longer. hes not desperate but said if he can get a 1.40 or less at those terms he would take the deal. I know its probably not going to happen but keep me posted if you can make some magic happen.
