Has the rumor been confirmed that:
"Merchants Capital Access may have potentially been acquired by the hedge fund Angelo, Gordon & Co. as published on Businessweek. We cannot confirm."

What does that mean for the company though? Shut down? Moved into a different direction?

I heard the same from a consultant. Not sure what it means outside of a new private equity firm purchasing the co/assets.
