I think they are done at least for the time being . I know some people that work there and they have gone dark. I'm receiving payoff letters in minutes for deals that I'm funding where they are in the deal . We all know that it was impossible to get payoffs from them pre COVID. Most lenders that have stopped doing new deals are at least doing renewals.
