I have been helping this merchant for about a year now, (of course he stacked) without my knowledge.Total balance of $13,824, as of 10/12 He is in the Insurance industry but numbers are good. Can anyone help with this one? Please PM me for more info.

Samson Partners does consolidate files as long as it works for both the merchant and the lender. As you know, the risk is high when you consolidate for the simple fact that they tend to follow the trend of placing another position right behind it once you give the Merchant that breathing room. However, if the company can sustain the payment, everything looks good, I'd love the opportunity to take a look at the file. Kind Regards, Jeffrey

We consolidate here, posted in the Promotions thread not long ago. The industry type has no stand-alone bearing. Statement daily balances will prove out the math, if it can get done responsibly. How many positions are we talking about?

I find it funny how the topic reads "great merchant" however he stacked on you rather than reaching out to you to see if you had any resources to provide him more capital. I wouldn't categorize him as "great" but rather "typical" would be the ideal term.
