Brian w 24 capital is still funding and has been during covid. Yes we were conservative at first and still are monitoring heavy, however we never stopped.Paying on renewals unlike the horrors read on here in this trying time. I for my Iso's closed 1.1m this month. A few have given me shout outs on here and much appreciated. Please reach out for an iso agreement and details

what exactly is NYC bonus?

Any deal funded in any of the 5 borroughs of NYC gets you 1pt bonus on that file. This is our lifetime bonus.
