Major Hotel Owner Needs $500k

A major Hotel owner requires $500k.

I am mainly seeking out a P2P option. The owner wants it some time this week, around Wednesday.

Owner wants to pay back 20% ($100k) as early as Jan - Feb 14th, but potentially as soon as Dec. 19th.

He cannot go through a traditional bank - obviously - so willing to consider some options off the books.

He can sign whatever contracts necessary, including Confession of Judgment.

What does he need the capital for? 600k in payback in just 3-4 months seems pretty steep. He would have to be doing about 1.5-2,000,000 in gross to stay around 10% specified percentage and stay cash flow positive. Unless he is 5 minutes from oil or deals drugs on the side, it seems a little steep
