OK but what I am asking is if someone gets 2 million dollars from ppp and than gets 2 million dollar bank loan from seacoast. How do you prove what went where.Unless all they looking at is your payroll taxes

Most banks are separating the funds for audit purposes. At least the smart banks are. You have to account for every penny.
